D'Andrea - Monod Monoblock DIN 69871 A Tool Holder is devised for machine tools application of milling, boring, end mill on various metalworking with regard for excellent quality and remarkable precision levels.

D'Andrea's high value shrink fit chucks and mechanical tool holders includes monoblock rigid designs. Also known as th classic DIN - SK40 holders, the Monod permit the mounting of tools for internal, external, cutting and threading of the various standard programs on the market.

D'Andrea MONOd’ comes in different versions; namely, HSK 63 and 100, DIN 69871 and MAS-BT spindle versions. Sizes available are ISO 40 and 50. Optional equipment available to users include ER collect chuck holders, in different lengths, PF mill holders, CM morse taper toolholders, Weldon WD toolholders and MS tapping toolholders.

Furthermore, the complete ISO 40 and 50 program comes in AD+B version. The mill holders can be fitted with coolants as well.

Depend on your application, each line up is composed of toolholders which are interchangeable and made of high quality material for lowest vibration and avoiding chatter. D'Andrea MONOd’ is highly regarded due to its reasonable value in general machining, civil engineering and many more.
