Widia Single-Angle Standard Collet Sets ER32 Series are optimized for versatile use on high-performance tool holder system adheres to ER DIN 6499 standard. The Collete Sets ER32 range tool adapters of high precision from Widia promise an affordable cost of holder for various size of Metric DIN and ISO designs.

Straight shank toolholders are a great complement to the Shrink Fit program. However, the life cycle of the toolholders will be drastically reduced if the activating heat is not controlled. The Slim Line design permits only a limited number of heat shrinks. Widia's test has shown more than 300 heat shrinks can be performed with the straight shank extensions when the activation heat is controlled to less than 426 °C (800 °F). Depends on your selection of tooling, this econonomic series can also be ordered in a bulk set which is suitable for both manual machining on drilling and milling machine and automatic CNC machine as well.
