The WIDIA VariMill family of solid carbide end mills has a new addition that's shaking up the family tree. WIDIA VariMill II ER (Eccentric Relief) solid carbide end mills are specially designed for machining titanium in aerospace applications. Titanium machining poses many challenges – like speed, metal removal rates, and productivity issues – and VariMill II ER addresses them head-on.

- Multistage core design – five unequal-spaced flutes mean VariMill II ER can be used for roughing and finishing. Open flute geometry allows better chip flow.
- Safe-Lock™ shank – run at higher feed rates knowing the endmill is secure in the tool holder.
