Pao Fong Milling Machine PF-6SH is devised as a versatile semi-auto milling machine with switchable functions as regular mill - drill press, and also as a fulltimer horizontally arbored freiss cutter. Thanks to its auto lubricated mechanism, the three in one machine offers minimal friction on its spindle and arbor. Thanks to its monocoque frames of high quality casted iron, the vibrations on this Inverter Speed Head Knee Mill, can be dampened and minimized your operators' fatigue. The cutters along with its spacers can also be removed while the new one can be placed vice versa. You can also operate its vertical mill simply like a drill press to position.
Powered with spartan 5 HP electric motor, the machine deliver the outmost value on working with one off workpiece as well as a highly customized jobs. The Milling cutters tool are held in the arbor and rotate on its axis with the versatility of extended (or the table can be raised/lowered) which allows you for a plunge cuts and drilling of various workpiece held in a machine vice. As the cutters have good support from the arbor and have a larger cross-sectional area than regular end mill, you can work on heavy cuts for rapid material removal rates as in mill grooves and slots, or simply trims the flat surfaces.
