Widia Slotting Shell Mill M94 Series are derived from Widia Manchester series which are equipped with three or more cutting edges per insert for slotting and grooving application on general metalworking with CNC automated and semi-auto milling. Widia Slotting Mill M94 Manchester Series are available with ø 63 mm and 80mm. Thanks to its coolant grooves design with PCD coated layer, you can have both optimal swarf evacuation and excellent surface finish with highly consistent qualities on machining T-profile, thin grooving and slot milling application.
Your smart investment on Widia Slotting shell Mill M94 Manchester Series will allow you to deliver maximum depth of cut 5,23 mm (can be more or less depending on the cartridge, machine set up and consistency of your material). Grooving application can also be performed by its lead angle of 60° Indexes per insert. Furthermore, there are 8 type of inserts are available for light, general purpose and heavy machining on steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
