The Maykestag's optimised tool geometry provides higher tool stability (even in unstable working conditions) and a higher surface quality of the material to be machined. With its 20° pressure angle and 12 cutter knife not only good in dissipating heat with minimal coolant which commonly happen on milling solid iron but also efficient metal removal with higher accuracy. Maykestag Involute and Module Gear Cutter is highly recommended for milling spur gears by module on solid cast iron, alloy and any ferrous material.
