Sylvac S_Mike PRO Cylindrical Ø2 Digital Micrometer

The Sylvac S_Mike PRO Cylindrical Ø2 Digital Micrometer is a high-speed, high-precision measuring solution designed for quality control and precision manufacturing. Featuring a non-rotating linear spindle and Ø2 mm cylindrical anvils, this micrometer ensures fast, accurate, and repeatable measurements, even for small-diameter applications.

Available with or without integrated Bluetooth® connectivity, it adapts easily to both manual and digital inspection workflows.

High-Speed & High-Accuracy Measurement

This micrometer is available in three measuring ranges: 0–25 mm, 25–60 mm, and 60–95 mm. It offers a resolution of 0.001 mm, with ultra-high resolution up to 0.0001 mm on model 803-0307. The non-rotating linear spindle with a 10 mm per revolution feed enables rapid measurement while maintaining excellent parallelity and precision.

Advanced Connectivity (Bluetooth® Versions)

Bluetooth®-enabled versions allow fast and reliable wireless data transfer at the press of a button. Measurement data can be sent directly to PCs or data collection systems, reducing manual entry and minimizing data acquisition errors.

Stable & Repeatable Results

A precision ratchet mechanism ensures constant measuring force by eliminating operator influence. This guarantees excellent repeatability and reliable results, making the micrometer ideal for demanding inspection tasks.

The integrated SIS Absolute System enhances productivity by:

  • Automatically waking up when the spindle is moved
  • Entering sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity
  • Memorizing position during sleep mode

Rugged Design for Industrial Use

Designed for heavy-duty environments, the micrometer features Ø2 mm cylindrical anvils made of tungsten carbide, a durable polyacetal-copolymer thimble, and an IP67 protection rating. It remains resistant to dust and liquids, even when connected.
