Shimpo Slant Film Grips Force Gauge Jig FGTT-24 is devised to firmly holding a test specimen with up to 100 Newton, which are suitable for testing tensile of thinner, slippery and flatter material such as plastics, membrane, papers, fur, fibers thread, steel thread and many more.

The jaw is equippd with tiny interlocking teeth clamping mechanism which allows slope or lean pulling test in a particular direction and angle; diverge or cause to diverge from the vertical or horizontal. This versatile jig is compatible with any digital or analog force gauge to run a precision testing of pull test with either motorized-programmable force test or with manual pulling stand combination.

You can also clamp the lower end part of the specimen with regular locking vise while using this compact clamping attached to the force gauge connecting pin. Shimpo Shimpo Slant Film Grips Force Gauge Jig FGTT-24 is highly recommended for any Shimpo force gauge or any brands on your current workbench. Depend on your budget, you can also order this heavy duty clamp with either manual hand-crank lever stand or Shimpo motorised digital stand as well. 

Shimpo Slant Film Grips Force Gauge Jig FGTT-24 features:

• The slim shape allows the fixture to securely hold even small parts of the test piece.
• Applicable for measurement of the force to open a zip lock bag on food packaging, confectionary - instant snacking plastic bag, film shades sticker and many more.
• By slanting the fixture, the extension of the measurement axis can be positioned at the point to apply the force to open the bag, which enables accurate measurement of the force.
• Compatible gauge attachement with Shimpo FG-1～100.
• The test piece can be attached and removed with the touch of a lever.
