Shimpo FGRT Series digital force gauge measures the internal reaction force that occurs when an external force is applied to an object, rather than measuring the load. The measuring range is from 10 N to 100 N. A built-in comparator determines and indicates the accepted or rejected result. The memory function allows the storage of 1,000 sets of measurement data. A USB interface is provided for connection to a computer.
Shimpo FGRT is designed with aluminium enclosure for both durability and versatility as both handheld devices and stand operated. Thanks to its large back-lit LCD and multi-language menu programming, Shimpo FGRT allows you to intuitively set-up a fully customized parameter. With measuring range of 10 Newton to 100 Newton, you can also determines and indicates the accepted or rejected result by its built-in comparator. The memory function allows the storage of 1,000 sets of measurement data. Furthermore, USB connection and comparator output allows you to integrate Shimpo FGRT for repetitive testing which can also be viewed on screen display, sent to optional printer, or statistical analysis on PC.
Shimpo FGRT is able to display both the perspective of current reading in comparison to the full scale range for various hydrodynamics and hydrostatics testing. Your analysis of comprehension and operation can be easily dermined by a Pass/Fail icons for an instant response of the testing result while a storage symbol confirm when a reading is logged. A menu-selectable display orientation streamlines switching from push to compressed mode in providing a larger option for various applications such as rating an acceptable cushion quality of air bags, medical-cosmetic implants, adhesives in a tube, contained slurry grouts, fruits, cake, solid foam, bar of soap, paste in a tube, tender quality of meat, safety of helmets, consistency of foaming insulation, stuffed dolls, and many more.
