Automatic Miter-Cutting Saw PSU 450 M. The automatic upstroking circular saw PSU 450 M with NC-controlled feed gripper offers astounding variability and extreme ease of operation. The PSU 450 M from EISELE is a true all-rounder for cutting tubes, profiles, solids and angles.Impressive features include its high output, process reliability and simple handling. Its automatic mitre adjustment and servo motor-driven feed gripper make for extreme flexibility in this outstanding machine concept. Its modular structure allows the PSU 450 M to be combined with infeed magazines or disposal devices.

Robust and durable

The heart of the PSU saw unit is the worm gear unit with EISELE shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. It is heavy duty and provides for a smooth, low-vibration running of the saw, which, of course, has a positive impact on the quality of the cutting surface and the blade life.

Handling simplicity

The PSU 450 M is designed for the ultimate handling simplicity - both for series cuts and in manual operation. Plant operation takes place using a convenient NC control, which allows single cuts to be performed with the same simplicity as a semi-automatic machine. The generously dimensioned casing complies with the latest safety requirements and can be fully opened for improved access.

Automatic mitre settingThe PSU 450 M is fitted with automatic mitre setting (cutting angle ± 30°) with electronically controlled mitre axis.

 

Servo-motorized feeding gripper

The servo-motorized feeding gripper with ball screw drive (1500 mm single stroke) provide for a fast and precise transport of the material.

 
 
NC control system
  The simple operating and programming features are impressive. Recurring saw orders, cut-off lengths, quantities or mitre angle settings can easily be programmed. Carrying out single cuts is as simple as on a semi-automatic machine.
