Acquest Column Type Air Gauge FT-5000 is devised as a quick micrometer display which give you the high precision non-contact measuring instrument through air probe sensor. The latest Acquest Column Type Air Gauge FT-5000 utilizes air flow and the resistance created between an object under test and the air gauge’s sensing probe. The air resistance (back pressure changes) with distance between the air probe and device under test. This air pressure change out of the air sensor can be scaled on by Acquest Column Type Air Gauge FT-5000 to determine dimensional analysis as well as product quality tolerance.
The Acquest FT-5000 column type air gauge will display you a faster, convenient and precise dimensional analysis on measuring bores and tapered components. The Acquest Column Type Air Gauge FT-5000 can also be conveniently wired together in sequence or in a ring (daisy-chained) with additional units for quick inspections of multiple dimensions utilizing various sensors. The air gauge technology offers sufficient magnification and reliability to measure small tolerances to 0.5 micron. Acquest Column Type Air Gauge FT-5000 Features:
