The CETATEST H 201 using compressed mix of hydrogen gas within particular cycle of components. the test medium forming gas (5 % hydrogen, 95 % nitrogen) to detect untight parts, test leakage and detection data.
CETATEST H 201 offer the benefits that the mixed gas hydrogen is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, nonmetallic and much cheaper alternatives compared with other test method such as helium. The mix of Nitrogen and Hydrogen is also high molecular velocity hence spreads quickly in a given volume of cycle, no residue, flushed out faster, and can be operated fully automatic without delay. CETATEST H 201 can be optimized to work range for chemically sensitive workpiece, cleanroom operation which cannot be tested by compressed air and should be waterproof, oil-tight or gas proof as in semiconductor housing, sensors, any oil and gas tank quality inspection, Aerospace engine parts, food and beverages packaging, turbocharger units, liquid - pharmacy medical packaging, Industrial-factory engine coolant, internal combustion engines and various other industry.
