Chennai Metco Bainmount H is devised as an economical line for hot mounting of specimens using either in a thermosetting plastic (e.g. phenolic resin), or a thermosoftening plastic (e.g. acrylic resin) meticulously for easier handling before grinding and polishing it on any Chennai Metco BAINPOL. Chennai Metco Bainmount H also equipped with dial timer and digital temperature indicator, high speed mould heater with built-in water cooling coils. Chennai Metco Bainmount H produce a neat specimen and improved consistency without the microstructure alteration.

After the desired specimen is properly prepared by Chennai Metco Bainmount H, the next step will be grinding and polishing it on Chennai Metco Bainpol so that the metallographic structure of specimen can be observed and measured in detail with Vision engineering TIM5 or digital, optical, or electron microscopy.
